Keith & Blerina {Wedding}

Ok, before I say anything about Blerina & Keith as a whole, I just want to let everyone know that I found the band for your weddingKeith is in a band called Huckleberry Groove, and actually played (part of) his own wedding. The rest of the band took over for the majority of the night, but Keith spent a lot of time on stage, and even had his dad on bass behind him. They were awesome, different than all the other bands I see, in a very good way. If you want to check them out they have a few video’s up on their site. But I digress….. Blerina & Keith were married at Frog Pond Village in Interlochen (south of Traverse City) last weekend. It was a little cold, but the sun came out regardless of what the weather people said. It was a really cool space because the chapel is attached to the lodge, so you walk right from one to the other. It is a very rustic building, with beautiful surroundings for photos. We had a few colors left in the trees tooI had a really great time, I couldn’t stop dancing and singing while I was shooting the party, and I know everyone else did too.

Keith playing with his dad (right) and his uncle (left). He comes from a musical family. His grandpa (best man) had given Keith some lyrics that he wrote a long time ago, and Keith and the band made a song for them and played it for him at the wedding. It was really special.
